How to Make a DIY Upside Down Christmas Tree Snow Globe

I'd love to say that I was drunk when I made this, because it did not turn out the way I'd planned. However, I was actually completely sober...just not thinking things through clearly when I purchased the supplies for my adorable little craft. 

I'm so excited for Christmas, I can't contain myself. I went shopping for holiday decor last weekend and decided I also wanted to throw some DIY stuff into the mix. I wanted to make a mason jar snow globe, but what transpired was an accidental masterpiece.
