Mollie's Weekend in Five Instagrams: October 20-21

I had a pretty low-key weekend, but managed to have enough Instagrams to make it look interesting (and absolutely adorable).

I'm not a food blogger, but I had to share this burger because it was so incredibly good. I usually get brunch at The Lowbrow on Nicollet, but I needed a beer so dinner sounded like the better option for me on Saturday. The Royal Jam burger with fig shallot jam and gorgonzola cheese was incredible. If you love sweet and savory, this is your burger.

As you know by now, I LOVE taking pictures of my adorable little dog, Jaq Jaq (@worldscutestchihuahua). This is probably my favorite photo I've ever taken of him (on my iPhone!). I might even get it printed on canvas.

I went Christmas shopping this weekend at Mall of America, IKEA, World Market, Michael's, and several other places. I bought the bulk of my home decor for the season, but stopped to coo over the little alpacas at MOA.

I also did some Fall cleaning and discovered these old leftover Christmas cards I made about 5 or 6 years ago. I think it's time to update my cards with that photo of Jaq Jaq in the leaves!

Part of my Christmas shopping involved picking up arts and crafts supplies...I intended for this to be a normal snow globe, but I failed to look up instructions on Pinterest and this turned out so wrong that it looks like I meant to make this an upside down Christmas tree display. I've received quite a few compliments on it, so I'm gonna keep it that way! I'll post a DIY tutorial this week.

Share your weekend with me! Let's be friends on Instagram. You can also follow along with Jaq Jaq's page, which is @worldscutestchihuahua
