Is Dunkin' Drunk? New Coffee Porter Revealed

First Dunkin' dropped Donuts from its name, and now it's brewing something much stronger than coffee.

Yes, Dunkin', formerly known as Dunkin' Donuts, has teamed up with Harpoon Brewery to bring us the Harpoon Dunkin' Coffee Porter, turning Dunkin's Espresso Blend Coffee into a Harpoon craft beer.

The taste is described to USA TODAY in a press release as "malty" with "the aromas of espresso and dark chocolate; a balanced and smooth brew offering robust and roasty notes."

Unfortunately for Minnesotans, the beer is only available in select East Coast stores this fall. I'm guessing this is just the beginning, and that Dunkin' will branch out into the alcoholic brew business with other breweries throughout the country.

Which Minnesota brewery would you like to see Dunkin' partner with?
