Downtown Minneapolis restaurant Grumpy's is closing its doors on Saturday.
According to the Star Tribune, the restaurant, which hosted karaoke and punk rock shows since 1999, is making way for an 8-story, 150 unit apartment complex.
The owners cited a demographic shift as a contributing factor to the downtown closure.
Grumpy's in northeast Minneapolis just celebrated its 20th anniversary this year, and the Roseville location is also still open.
