Leo DiCaprio Is Selling His Home Of 19 Years For $1.749 Million

Actor Leonardo DiCaprio is selling the home he bought following his breakout role in Titanic.

The actor's Spanish-style mansion in LA's Silver Lake neighborhood is on the market for the first time since he bought it in 1999. The 3,560 square foot home has 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms on multiple levels and includes an elevator, French doors, arched entryways, a beamed ceiling, and a fireplace with a 6,484 square foot swimming pool and an enclosed courtyard with a fountain and pavilion.

His home is listed for only $1.749 million...which seems like a great deal to me because honestly, you can find homes that cost this much anywhere in the country, plus you hear about other celebrities putting their mansions up for sale all the time for much more than that. But who else would get to own Leo DiCaprio's house? That would be awesome.
