It's official. The Minnesota State Fair is back on for 2021. After the 2020 fair was canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic, it will return Aug. 26 through Labor Day, Sept. 6.
The state fair's board of managers Friday moved to make the "Great Minnesota Get-Together" return official.
"Restrictions regarding large gatherings have recently eased, so at this time, the State Fair does not anticipate daily attendance limits," fair officials said in a news release.
