IHOP is transforming pancakes into two of the most amazing creations: cannolis and churros.
According to Delish, the International House of Pancakes is rolling up their classic pancakes to level up their International Pancake Menu. They're now serving Italian Cannoli pancakes and Mexican Churro pancakes.
IHOP's website says the Italian Cannoli pancakes consist of rolled-up buttermilk pancakes stuffed with ricotta cream and pieces of chocolate, topped with crunchy pieces of real cannoli shells, chocolate chips, and whipped cream.
The Mexican Churro pancakes are also made with buttermilk pancakes, instead layered with warm cinnamon spread, crunchy mini churros, and cream cheese icing, topped with whipped cream.
