It all started with a tweet from J.K. Rowling and it was enough to send fans into a frenzy.
'The Cursed Child' is a play adopted from the Harry Potter Universe and it has been on London's West End for the last three years. The story is set 19 years after the end of the final Harry Potter movie and follows Harry, Ron and Hermione's children. The show recently opened on Broadway in New York and tickets have been in high demand, just as they were in London.
Confirmed shortly after by Warner Bros. that the studio will be at the helm of the movie adaption. Further details are not yet concrete, but it has been confirmed that Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson are set to return to their respective roles, but that should be more than enough for now to keep fans attention.
