Movie Theater Owner Takes A Ride On A Magic Carpet During Parade

posted by:@mdanielsradio

The owner of the Red Barn Theater in Hendricks Minnesota took a ride on a magic carpet during this past weekends 4th of July Parade parade in Southwest Minnesota. It was an obvious plug for the Red Barn Theater's showings of the new live-action Disney film Aladdin. The float was hastily put together though by theater owners Jay Nelson and Gary Johnson costing only $20 to construct. Put together as a last minute idea by the owners and hoisted into the air by crane, Nelson was 'floating' almost 30 feet in the air for the 1.5 mile journey the parade route took.
