I have plenty of bad habits I could probably benefit from giving up. Spending too much money online or eating too much junk food and fast food. Well now, there's a new tool to help you curb bad habits.
Pavlok is a "smart wearable device that breaks bad habits."
The bracelet goes for about $200 on Amazon and by connecting the device to an app on your iPhone or Android, you can train away bad habits with an electric shock.
According to the product description on Amazon, the bracelet is used by over 50,000 people to break habits ranging from smoking to oversleeping.
"Breaks bad habits via zaptic feedback, based on 80 years of science-backed, aversion therapy studies," the website states. "Other wearables track what you've already done, only Pavlok 2 can help you change your behavior."
