Only In Minnesota: Police Respond To "Horse In Basement" Call

Inver Grove Heights police were certain they were the victims of a prank call when they received word of a 'Horse in a basement.' However when officers showed up, that's exactly what was happening. When asked on Twitter how the horse got down there, Inver Grove Heights Police Department replied: "Kids put it down there and didn’t tell the mom." It's unclear if it was meant to be a prank. As per a statement on how the situation was resolved, the police department responded, "the homeowner's son showed up and brought the horse back out to the corral," they said on Twitter.
