The "Shape of You singer" is no stranger to charity. Sheeran is a big supporter of and donates personal items and music memorabilia constantly to various charities. He has recently donated over 300 items to Bishop and Miller for an upcoming charity auction. The items include a life size lego sculpture of his head, a custom Martin guitar and several pairs of underwear.
Beginning bids for the singers under-roos will range from £20 ($26) for a pair of black boxers to £80 ($103) for some white briefs featuring the phrase “aka sexy bastard” along the waistband. With millions of diehard fans out there, those items will undoubtedly fetch far more.
According to Bishop & Miller’s press release, the auction will be held on November 10 in Suffolk, England, just a few miles from Sheeran’s hometown of Framlingham. All proceeds will go to St. Elizabeth Hospice’s new charity Zest, which supports the care of young people living with progressive and terminal illnesses.
