Minnesota Is Pretty Low On The List Of 2018's Best State To Buy A Home

Thanks mostly to unemployment rates falling and house prices rising, we are currently seeing a housing market boom.  Home values are also rising, up almost $16,000 on average just in the first quarter of 2018, fewer homes are being built and bought however because mortgage rates are rising.

Wallethub looked at a variety of factors to determine the best cities to buy a home, and the top ten are...

1. Frisco, Texas

2. McKinney, Texas

3. Allen, Texas

4. Santa Clara, Calif.

5. Durham, N.C.

6. Murfreesboro, Tenn.

7. Richardson, Texas

8. Seattle, Wash.

9. Bellevue, Wash.

10. Denton, Texas

Minnesota sadly enough is fairly far down on the LIST FOUND HERE
