MOA's Paul Bunyan rocking an ugly Xmas Sweater

The Paul Bunyan Log Chute ride at the Mall of America, just got a major upgrade.

For the first time ever, the ride has been transformed into the Yule Log Chute. The Mall of America says it's an experience that will exude "holiday spirit around every turn and drop."

The ride opened in 1992, making it the oldest operating ride in the park and the only original ride left from Camp Snoopy.

From now through January 1, the inside will be decorated in the most festive of holiday spirit.

And of course, the centerpiece is Paul himself who greets riders at the final turn, rocking a ginormous one-of-a-kind, ugly holiday sweater that reads "Hey Babe."

It was created by Minnesota native and Project Runway designer, Christopher Straub.

Making a knit for the 25-foot Bunyan was, as you can imagine no small job. MOA says the sweater weighs 30 pounds, has sleeves that are 108 inches long, and a neck that's 90 inches around.
