Woman Admits to Jumping on Train Tracks To Scare Boyfriend During Argument

A woman has been rescued after jumping onto the path of an oncoming train at a station in China during an argument with her boyfriend.

The woman, identified as 33-year-old Wang, told authorities that she had wanted to scare her boyfriend when she suddenly jumped onto the tracks at Nanjing South Railway Station on Monday.

The high-speed train bound for Xuzhou was delayed as a result and Wang has been fined for the reckless act, according to Chinese media.
