MN Slice was dreamed up by one of the founding partners at Keg and Case Dean Perlman and chef John Kraus of Patisserie 46 and Rose Street Patisserie acclaim. The crust is a chewy sourdough, a great transportation device for a variety of hearty and flavorful toppings. Two classic flavors will always available: cheese and pepperoni— plus at least one rotating Minnesota-themed flavors, often times crafted using ingredients sourced from right inside the market, such as “The Meat Raffle,” “The Long Goodbye,” and “Hot-Dish Pizza.” Follow us on Instagram to see what we’re serving up next!
