THREE New Vegan Restaurants Have Opened in the Twin Cities

Whether or not you live a plant-based lifestyle, the Twin Cities is becoming a mecca for vegans.  More and more plant-based eateries are opening in addition to the already popular J Selbys in Saint Paul.  Here are the newest places to add to your must-try list:

After a successful Kickstarter campaign, Trio Plant Based will give you all the soul food you've been craving, but it's all plant-based.  Grilled Cheeze, Ribs, Mac N Cheeze and more/

Seed Cafe

This cafe has what you're looking for regardless of what time you go: breakfast sandwiches, salads, rice bowls and more.  Basically, the owner says he was looking to create “a great restaurant that just happens to be plant-based,”
