A Couple Raised $400k for a Homeless Man And Spent Most of It On Themselves

A couple accused of stealing some of the $400,000 the public raised for a homeless man have been told they must hand the money over.

This story all started when Johnny Bobbitt, a homeless man, used his last $20 to help Katie McClure get gas when she didn't have any cash on her.

McClure and her husband decided to start a GoFundMe page to get Bobbitt $10,000, but after it went viral, the couple was able to earn him over $400k of donations.

The couple decided not to give Bobbitt all of the money since he'd use it on drugs.

Bobbitt has sued the couple successfully, and now they must turn over all of the money AND the judge has ordered them to show what they spent the money on.
