Parkland survivor David Hogg is asking his supporters to boycott Fox News host Laura Ingraham after she mocked his college rejections.
David Hogg, 17, recently revealed in an interview with TMZ that he was not accepted into UCLA, UCSB, UCSD, or UC Irvine.
Ingraham then took to Twitter and accused Hogg of 'whining' about his rejections.
'David Hogg rejected by Four Colleges To Which He Applied and whines about it,' she tweeted on Wednesday.
'Dinged by UCLA with a 4.1 GPA...totally predictable given acceptance rates),' she added.
Hogg tweeted at Ingraham directly following the hit, writing: 'Soooo what are your biggest advertisers...Asking for a friend. #BoycottIngramAdverts'.
He then tweeted a list of advertisers which included AT&T, Nutrish, Allstate, Esurance, Bayer, Liberty Mutual, Arby's, TripAdvisor, Nestle, and Hulu.
Hogg instructed his nearly 600,000 followers to pick a number between 1 and 12 and contact the company next to the number.
The teen also tweeted at each of the Twitter accounts directly, linking to Ingraham's tweet and asking 'why do you support this?'
TMZ founder Harvey Levin came to Hogg's defense, tweeting directly at Ingraham and asking if she had watched the video of the interview at all.
