Again this season, my mom (pictured below) is sharing her favorite recipes on my blog. Her rosettes require a little more time (and a special utensil for creating the crunchy star shapes) but are worth the extra elbow grease. Rosettes sprinkled with powdered sugar are a light, crispy, delicious bite.
