UPDATE: 20 Dead, 23 injured in El Paso, TX massacre

Texas Governor Greg Abbott told the media that twenty people were killed in a shooting at an El Paso shopping center on Saturday. He added that more than two dozen were injured.

The suspect in custody is 21-year-old Patrick Crusius of Allen, Texas. Sources say the shooter drove more than 10 hours to carry out the massacre. in regards to a motive, Allen said the event was a “nexus to a hate crime”

With details still coming in, El Paso, Texas police has given out several points of information.

At least 3 gunmen entered an El Paso Walmart and opened fire, leading into an attached mall.

Police responded to the scene and led citizens out of the mall.

At this time, reports say multiple people are dead and more than a dozen are being treated at nearby hospitals.
