Electric vehicles still have a long way to go. I don't consider myself an expert, but I've studied up and researched a LOT. Tesla is the only EV I'd be comfortable owning RIGHT NOW. The others have a bit of work to do with infrastructure and etc.
The one thing I do know for sure is that electrics are not only way more efficient than petrol, but they're way more fun to drive.
Anyway, this does exactly what the headline says.....it reflects the confidence in EV's and other options besides just "what we're used to"
