If your eyes have been watery and you've been sneezing nearly non-stop in the past few days, there may be an easy culprit: wildfire smoke drifting into the Twin Cities metro area.
"Hazy conditions" persist Monday "due to the Canadian wildfires producing smoke high in the atmosphere drifting across Minnesota and Wisconsin."
On Sunday, smoke and haze covered two-thirds of Minnesota, according to the state Pollution Control Agency. Conditions are expected to improve by Tuesday.
