Minnesota favorites, Semisonic, announced their first post-pandemic gigs with a two-night run at First Avenue on Thursday, September 9 and Friday, September 10, 2021. Their last set of shows in the Mainroom was in 2017, coinciding with the year they started recording their first new material in over two decades. Since then, the band released You’re Not Alone, a vital, dynamic, and truly “Semisonic” record. Tickets for the September shows go on sale Friday, June 11 at 10:00 a.m.
