In honor of Black Music Appreciation Month, we continue with our theme of highlighting some of our favorite songs from African American artists this week, and mine is more recent favorite.
I always had respect for Tina, as an artist and as a woman, but it was a little before my time to relate to. Now, with the producer Kygo revisiting and reviving classic songs, I've finally found the truth in the words and what a great song it truly is. I hope you enjoy this new take on an old favorite as much as I do.
