Gov. Tim Walz will lay out a timeline "to end all COVID-19 restrictions in Minnesota" and get the state "back to business as usual" during his planned live address Thursday.
The governor's office in a statement offered few other details ahead of Walz's address, only adding: "The vaccine is here, and it has proven to be our best tool to control the virus. It’s time to roll up our sleeves, get vaccinated, and crush the virus.”
Earlier this week, Walz said Minnesota residents "can start assuming they will have a very normal-looking summer."
