A new construction project on I-94 and I-35E in St. Paul is expected to start this summer and go through fall of 2022, causing ramp closures and lane reductions.
According to the Minnesota Department of Transportation, construction will go from west to east and be divided into three stages. The project will repair and resurface I-94 between Western Avenue and Mounds Boulevard and I-35E between I-94 north and University Avenue.
