Last Thursday, ZAC EFRON appeared on the online special"Earth Day! The Musical" . . . but he didn't look quite likehimself. He'd put on some muscle, and that may or may not have had something to do with his face taking on a slightly different shape. Some people compared him to "Handsome Squidward" from "SpongeBob SquarePants".
People are speculating that he had plastic surgery, or maybe Botox and other fillers.
Zac has his share of defenders, who are calling out everyone for commenting on his look.
Look, I'm a Zac Efron fan. I'll NEVER judge someone for their appearance. I just don't understand this. I don't understand plastic surgery and alterations in general, with a few exceptions. But with Zac I REALLY don't understand it. Dude was an insanely good looking dude without work done. So, why!? Almost makes me angry, not like real anger like the dog just pee'd on the carpet for no reason or one of the kids lied to you, but relative anger. I have thin/thinning hair, eye brows that need to be manicured, nose hair, ear lobe hair, back hair, and loads of other flaws but I'm a believer in playing the cards you're dealt and Zac was already a really good looking dude. So, why?! Again, still a fan. He can do what he wants. Just don't understand it.
