The Loring Park Art Festivalwill return this year, with COVID-19 safety protocols in place.
The two-day festival, scheduled for July 31 and Aug. 1 in Minneapolis' Loring Park, will feature a lineup of 140 juried artists.
“The safety of our guests, artists and partners is paramount,” Pat Parnow, who founded the festival in 1999, said in a statement. “We are working closely within the guidelines set forth by the CDC and the State of Minnesota, and we are strategizing and sharing best practices with art festival leaders locally and nationally. Our message for today is: ‘Mark your calendars for the weekend of July 31 and August 1.’”
