Police in Bloomington have surrounded a building in the area of American Boulevard and Lyndale Avenue, prompting police to close roads in the area.
Bloomington PD firsttweetedabout the incident at 6:28 a.m., saying there's ongoing police activity in the area of Interstate 494 and Lyndale Avenue South.
Police closed northbound Lyndale at 82nd Street and southbound Lyndale at 494. Eastbound American Boulevard is also closed at Lyndale and westbound American Boulevard is closed at Grand Avenue.
