Two Hy-Vee grocery stores are slated to open in the Twin Cities metro as soon as this spring.
A store in Spring Lake Park, which was set to open last year but was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, is scheduled to open this spring, Hy-Vee spokesperson Christina Gayman told Bring Me The News. While a store in Maplewood is set for a late spring or early summer opening.
