It's not very surprising that you don't see Minnesota at the top of the list of most hated states.
The website Best Life used population, state pride surveys and Instagram surveys to determine the most hated.
Minnesota came in at #38, best of the midwest. Most of the lesser hated states are in the west.
Topping the list were:
- New Jersey
- Texas
- California
- Oklahoma
- Florida
- Michigan
- Kentucky
- Indiana
- Alabama
- Kansas
