Local chef Gavin Kaysen, of national food media fame, has announced a new special: Thanksgiving to-go. 
With the current national health advice being to limit your travel and contact with loved ones at Thanksgiving, the chef behind Spoon & Stable is offering Twin Cities diners a luxury option that will also provide a welcome boost to his business at a difficult time for the restaurant industry.
Prices for a la carte menu items range from $6 (for, well, bread rolls) to an eye-watering $600 for a Thanksgiving meal for 12-16 people ... or four people for a week. Order here.
