After a challenging 2020 for the restaurant industry, one of the Twin Cities' top chefs has announced some good news.
Gavin Kaysen closed his second Twin Cities restaurant, Bellecour in Wayzata – including an attached bakery, this past July as the initial lockdowns and downturn in dining caused by COVID-19 hit business hard.
But in the same month, it announced it would be opening a pop-up Bellecour Bakery at Cooks of Crocus in Minneapolis' North Loop, a partnership that is now becoming permanent.
