As fans know, it was reported just over a week ago that Clarkson had filed for divorce from her longtime love after six years of marriage. As previously reported, the pop star and Blackstock’s marriage had been crumbling for months, but it was while spending time while in quarantine that the couple’s issues became too much.

"Kelly and Brandon had been having problems for several months and were making a conscious effort to work things out," a source told Entertainment Tonightwhen the news broke. "They both hoped quarantining away from L.A. in Montana would help them work things out in their marriage, but instead the change in environment was actually detrimental."

As yet, neither Clarkson nor Blackstock have publicly commented on the situation.
