Minnesota's Most Bitter-Cold Wind Chills From Thursday AM

Good news: It's going to get warmer starting Friday and the weekend looks nice.
Bad news: It's insanely cold outside again today (Thursday) and will remain that way through the day. But the National Weather Service says "wind chills will gradually moderate today" with "very cold temperatures" expected again tonight, although wind-chill values will be slightly warmer because the winds won't be as strong.
Here's how the wind chills will trend in the Twin Cities and parts of greater Minnesota. As you can see, it'll feel like it's -10F to -35F below zero through 9 a.m. Friday, with the Twin Cities hanging out in the -10F to -20F range.
