California is running into a major issue: too many grapes!

The excess of grapes is extreme according to the Allied Grape Growers organization and 100,000 tons of grapes

were left hanging on the vines without buyers.

Experts in the field say that distributors will be forced to offer discounts to move product in the coming weeks and months.
