Randy Jackson recently opened up about losing weight. He dropped 114 LBS! And most importantly, he's kept it off. SO impressive.
He said something, that really resonated with me and has matched my experience in my current weight loss journey. He said, "You have to change the way you think about food". YES. SO the truth. I've said those exact words. To me there is no other right answer, IF you want to make changes and keep weight off. He had some other great points, which you can read HERE, and they really stuck out to me because it's the same exact mentality I've adopted working with Profile By Sanford. I've adopted this mentality and it's working.......as you'll see below......

The other point Randy Jackson made, that I shook my head to and was like....yes..yes....yes....was this: "You have to almost have a complete divorce break up.....and start back bit by bit". Again, to read the rest, click here.
That's been my experience too. You have to forget what you've been doing, have an empty slate and open mind, and, sort of, re-learn how to eat. For me, I needed help with starting over.
So great to hear someone else have the same experience as I've been having. If you want to make changes, yes it takes commitment, but I'm telling you, it's easier than you think! And I didn't post this as an ad for Profile By Sanford, but if you have questions, I'm more than happy to answer them!
