The Coldest Wind Chills Across MN From Yesterday Morning

When I walked Elsie up to the school, I could tell it was cold, I didn't realize it was THAT cold. Holy smokes.

It's an ice box outside in Minnesota Thursday morning as overnight lows plummeted below zero with winds whipping around to make the "feels like" temperature even worse.
At 6 a.m. the wind chill at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport was a numbing -28F.
The wind chill in Sauk Centre was -37F at 6 a.m., and if you were to head a bit further northwest you'd go into the deep freezer of Grand Forks where they had a wind chill reading of -44F around 6:30 a.m.
