If there's one restaurant that's not in Minnesota that I'd LOVE to bring here, it'd probably be Runza.
Runza restaurants originated in Nebraska, and has other locations in Colorado, Kansas, and Iowa. It features the Runza sandwich, which is basically the Volga German classic food, bierock, which consists of ground beef, cabbage, and onion seasoned and enclosed inside a pocket of hot bread.
I'm not from Nebraska, but I grew up eating this in Colorado. My mom would also make her own bierocks, which are a totally amazing comfort food.
