The intense storm that battered the North Shore this weekend claimed a famous victim: the sea stack at Tettegouche State Park.
The iconic stack, which has attracted photographers far and wide to capture the vista from the shores of Superior, tumbled down sometime overnight on Saturday.
The North Shore was battered by winds in excess of 50 mph and heavy snow, causing impossible conditions in Duluth and beyond over the weekend.
