The National Weather Service in the Twin Cities is keeping an eye on a storm system that could bring plowable snow to southern Minnesota this week.
According to Bring Me The News, the NWS says the system could bring rain and snow to southern Minnesota Wednesday to Thursday. Because the moisture is coming from the Gulf of Mexico, there's a potential for quite a bit of precipitation.
Of course, anything could happen between now and then. But if southern Minnesota does get some nasty weather, it could potentially delay your travel plans if you're heading to southern Minnesota or Iowa for whatever reason.
