It's Likely That Minnesota Weather Will Ruin Your Halloween Plans

The National Weather Service in the Twin Cities tweeted their weather forecast, and it's not looking good for trick-or-treaters.

According to Bring Me The News, the forecast "looks to be very cold and dry," which isn't necessarily a bad thing. This just means that kids and parents will need to bundle up before they go door to door for treats.

The Minnesota DNR's Climate Journal says high temps in the Twin Cities are usually in the 40s and 50s on October 31. Last year, it was 54 degrees and dry.
