Certainly not discounting the person that was injured, but when you hear "active shooter" these days......it gets intense and very serious, very quickly, and the results, a lot of times, are much worse.
Police in the north metro have responded to a reported shooting outside a Walmart in Blaine.
The parking lot to the Walmart Supercenter at 11505 NE. Ulysses St. was cordoned off following the shooting, which was reported at 5:15 a.m.
Blaine Police Department says officers arrived to find a man in his 30s with injuries to his ear and the top of his head.
