WARNING: Eagan Woman Wearing Joker Mask Smashing Cars with Hatchet

A young woman has been charged with causing criminal damage to a vehicle using a hatchet, while wearing a "Joker" mask.

The incident unfolded on Friday at the transit ramp in Eagan, when a man reported a woman had smashed the windows of his vehicle with what he believed was a hatchet.

The owner and a witness were sitting in the back seat of the vehicle, and told police they saw a suspect wearing a gray sweatshirt and a "black Joker mask" smashing the passenger's side windows, the exterior mirrors, and the windshield.

As the suspect was carrying out the attack, she was allegedly yelling: "I'm your worst nightmare!"

Police later caught up with the suspect and a man who was with her. The suspect was identified as Tazara Oliver, 19, of Eagan, who was found in possession of a hatchet and the mask.

The person who was with her told police he arrived at the transit station to find Oliver smashing the vehicle up, and told her to stop before getting her out of the area.
