A father has died following a rollover crash and shooting in St. Paul.
According to Bring Me The News, the 23-year-old man who was shot in the head on the Wabasha Street rollover crash Sunday has died overnight. He was found in an SUV with his 4-year-old son, who was shot in the foot.
No arrests have been made yet, but this incident becomes the 23rd homicide of 2019 in St. Paul.
