New Breakfast Bar in St Paul Opens; Serves Bourbon Cream Chicken & Waffles

Chef Brian Ingram is opening his latest all-breakfast restaurant concept in an old firehouse in St. Paul. The official opening was last week, and their menu items look absolutely incredible.

First up is their Chicken & Waffles, stacked on a knife with bourbon mascarpone cream. Yes please.
