Authorities have charged 18 people in connection with a spree of group robberies that has sparked questions over policing levelsin downtown Minneapolis.
The Hennepin County Attorney's Office announced charges against defendants ranging in age from 15 to 27, in connection with two robberies in August – with four of them aged 15.
Per the Star Tribune, city police have said that groups have been focusing on people who were either alone, distracted or drunk.
