Target Has A New Loyalty Program Starting Next Month

Target is launching its new customer loyalty program nationwide from Oct. 6, the company announced on Monday.

The Minneapolis retailer will roll out Target Circle in time for the holiday season, offering several perks to shoppers who sign up.

The major difference between it and Target's other customer loyalty program, the REDcard, is that it doesn't require taking out a credit or debit card to sign up, and has no membership fee.
