MN Police Give Bizarre Advice For What To Do If You See Texting and Driving

A reddit user posted a screenshot of a Kare11 story covering the new Hands-Free law, but it features some bizarre advice:

Apparently the Minnesota State Patrol advices you do the following:

-Get the license plate

-Follow them (if it's safe)

-Pull over and call 911 if necessary
